• Rig-Up’s paint foreman has over thirty-five years experience as a coatings specialist, having trained paint foremen at major companies throughout the United States
• Capable of small, medium, and large industrial painting projects
• All work performed by expert, fully-trained painters
• Paint is applied in enclosed booths by experienced applicators using precision paint guns
• Either two, three and four coat paint systems are employed per customer request
• Paint is applied to the exact specifications and colors of our customers. Our coating systems range from alkyds, zinc-rich, epoxy, urethanes, polyurethanes, polyureas and metalizing

Abrasive Blasting

As part of the painting process, Rig-Up Services custom abrasive blasting services including:

• Structural steel, equipment, fabricated steel structures, masts, substructures, tanks, and many other industrial structures
• Removal of rust, mill scale, old coatings, and contamination in preparation for a high performance coating
• Martinsite 40 and 80 gauge steel grit is used for blasting. This provides the customer a smoother, more uniform finish and less surface contamination
• Our system is environmentally friendly and results in far less waste when compared to sand
